Rachel Roy is one of my favorite designers and her new diffusion line, Rachel - Rachel Roy, does not disappoint. This 100% cotton, tweed jacket with frayed edges is one of my favorite pieces from her collection geared toward a younger, slightly more daring consumer (than her original line).
